Hello! I’m a writer based in Brooklyn, NY. A former editor at Pointe magazine, I write about culture, with emphases on dance and food. Originally from Amherst, MA, I hold a B.A. in Dance and English from Barnard College and an M.A. in Biography and Memoir from the CUNY Graduate Center.

I’m the content producer behind The Dance Edit daily newsletter and a contributing writer and proofreader at Dance Magazine, where I write a monthly cooking column. My work has also been published in Tablet, Playbill, New York Jewish Week, Fjord Review, Hey Alma, Scholastic Art, Scholastic Choices, Musical America, and Dance Teacher Magazine, among others.

I’ve also served as the interim editor in chief of Dance Teacher Magazine, worked as an essay writing instructor at Writopia Lab, and taken on research and ghostwriting projects. When not writing, I’m an avid baker and home cook.
